It fits nose piece just fine. However, it is quite a bit shorter than I was expecting, so the nose pillow is very, very snug in the nostrils to the point that it is causing mild pressure sores inside my nose. I imagine it will stretch soon like all the others, but I was not prepared for such a tight fit. Perhaps there are different sizes to this strap??
