BUYER BEWARE THAT ALL OF ECOFLOW’S SOLAR PANELS DO NOT COME WITH THE NECESSARY CORD TO CONNECT TO THE POWER STATION!! You will need to BUY AN XT60 TO MC4 CORD, otherwise your solar panels are rendered absolutely USELESS!! Shame on EcoFlow for (1) not making this obvious (not even on their own website!!), and (2) trying to make more money off of their customers! MANY people buy these items and put them away for an emergency - and then wouldn’t be able to use them!!!!!

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
