Shipping is very slow, but that is fault of FedEx. As far as the unit I purchased, it did not work out. Unit is not as powerful as it says it is. Needs more time to perfect the technology. I'm leaving a 5 star review because the customer service has been outstanding. I will definitely work with this company again for there other products that are really great.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
