Recipe Card Dividers
My old card dividers had sadly worn out, so was happy to see these on the market. They are perfect for keeping 50 year's worth of recipes well categorized and easy to find. The cards are maybe not quite as heavy a card stock as the old ones, but I'm sure they are sturdy enough to last for as long as I will need them. Each card has cooking tips or other useful information on it. This feature did not affect my choice one way or the other, but now that I have them it is kind of nice, as an example, to have proper cooking temperatures for different meats so readily available. Too flimsy
I was looking for a sturdier card. They will work, but they do not have any sort of plastic protective coating like I was hoping to receive. When I received them, I took them out of their package to see if they were laminated or made from plastic or had some sort of coating. Obviously, I was disappointed that they did not have it. I set them on my recipe box because I did not have time to address them at that time. Within a couple days, the cards were curling up.I was looking for a sturdier card. This set of recipe card dividers is excellent. It covers all the categories you'll need, and maybe a couple you don't (although I may be inspired to get some recipes to go under "Barbecueing"!). Sturdy cardboard will hold up to much handling, and I'm so glad you have the 3" x 5" size, which seems fewer and fewer folks use. The information added to each card is very helpful; I would especially recommend these for someone new to cooking / baking. I think I'll order a couple more sets in the future for my students just getting started in the kitchen. And now I'm on a mission to update and consolidate my 30+ years' worth of recipes, and these dividers will make it possible. Thank you!This set of recipe card dividers is excellent. All the right categories
These recipe card dividers had every category I needed to file my recipes. Other cards I've seen have left out certain categories and I ended up putting all my hard-to-define recipes into one "miscellaneous" group, never to found and used again. These cards were just what I needed!
