    Quality and value

    This is a very sturdy item. The ribbing is not too deep so it doesn't affect the bacon. If you like your cooked bacon to be flat and crisp throughout, this is the item for you. It is heavy but that is part of what makes it work so well. It mates perfectly with my Lodge cast iron frying pan which has a cooking surface of about 9 inches.

    Great product with many uses !

    I love this Bacon press ! I never imagined it would be this nice and work so well ! I had a smaller one first and liked it , but I wanted a bigger one to cover more area at once ! I was so surprised at how nice it is to cook hamburgers and it even works to keep grease from popping out of the pan and onto the floor ! It is certainly great for bacon ! My bacon now looks like I ordered it at a restaurant ! It is well worth the price ! I highly recommend it !

    Love this item, works perfect for keeping your bacon flat and evenly cooked. Cleaning is normal for cast iron cookware. Just love it!
