I purchased the item pictured, even ordered a bulk pack of the better lead filters that I like and received a completely different one that sells cheaper with the short regular filter that does not filter lead. I contacted the seller who informed me they just sold it, they didn’t pack and ship it and to tell ebay. eBay of course prefers buyer and seller to work things out. I do NOT recommend this seller at all and in over 20 years on eBay there are very few sellers I would say that about.

The bjuyer stated that they received the wrong item and accused us of a "bait and switch". This means we sent the wrong product in the packaging that states it is the item that he preffered. We order these items by the pallet and they are shipped in a brown box with a label that then has the item in a seperate box used for retail sales. I assume this item was accidently switched by manufacturing during palleting these items for us to sale. He accused us of "Bait and switch". Smh - why?
