Looks Nice, but Looks can be Deceiving!
I needed a new gear shift knob for a car I just bought for our niece. We purchased her a 1992 Buick Park Ave with a great engine and transmission, but needs a lot of cosmetics. The first thing I needed was this gear shift knob. It was very inexpensive and it arrived in decent time. It was a bear to get on and there is a about a 1/8 of an inch of gap. It does look nice and it does it's job.

Poor plastic copy of original.
The thin plastic alignment pins broke during pre-installation. Not usable. Once the pins have sheered off the two pieces won't align or stay fastened unless a high strength glue is used. We will be looking for another solution.

This knob not near as good as the original. It is not as sturdy and it broke when I installed, but what are you going to do as that knob is the only one available so I have ordered another one.
