Another great purchase from EcoFlow. The River 2 Pro arrived quickly, in good condition with only a minor scuff on it, and appears to be working fine although I haven't really used it yet. I'm not sure if this was Certified Refurbished or Used because the item was in a sealed retail box but the lower front of the unit had a minor scuff. The previous River 2 Pro I received arrived in a brown box. The AC power cord, two DC power cords, and product literature & owner's manual were included.

No middle man! It was received in a white box with the picture on the side and description all around it, you know, selling points. Item was described well. Communication was fairly prompt but even though they offered combined shipping at check out, it wasn't applied. Both items did ship after a few days sitting at the sellers together in separate packages and arrived together in separate packages. Not sure why it took a long time to finally arrive but my items hit at least 10 different ship centers. That isn't on seller but FedEx.
