Love this item but pretty upset that they do not include the battery pack. They advertise ALL the capabilities (i.e. camping use, ice maker, etc) but you CAN NOT use it that way without purchasing the $300 battery pack. I would not have purchased this fridge knowing I would be spending $1200. there are better options for that price.

I purchased because of the 40 hours of use on the battery, had no idea it didn't come with the battery, should have said battery not included, some what missleading. Long story, not happy since I had to pay 300.00 for the battery. Could have purchased through someone else, battery would have been included and would have save $100.00.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
