Although the package arrived a week later than estimated (Xmas) my experience with this store was excellent. I had a complex case/ product I was looking for. The phone was brand new in its original packaging everything was as described.
Unfortunately it was an internal use only model so I had to return it. The seller was very understanding and I don't blame the seller for the issue. No way the seller could have known it was a demonstrator model as it was unused.
Seller was very understanding and cooperative once we made them aware of the situation.
Despite having to return the phone for these reasons I would highly recommend this sellerr

The delivery was quick, even though the device was advertised as "New Sealed" but the product I recieved was "Refurbished", when contacted the seller, they took a while to solve the issue but in the end they refunded half the value of the product which wasn't what I wanted. Overall the experience was neither Great nor Bad, was just OK.
