I then contacted EBAY and they checked the link and said it was already used. They stepped in and sent me a return label and I immediately shipped the tube back. EBAY then issued me a return. This seller is not to be trusted.

    Great product.

    Been using this brand a couple years now on the advice of my hairstylist. My hair is healthier, more manageable than ever. I've tried other root boosters and they dry my hair out or are too sticky. This one does not do that. It doesn't take a lot of product to do the job either. A little goes a long way,which is another bonus! I also use a couple of other Kevin Murphy products and love them all.

    Old product

    Usually mousse comes out foamy and light but this one comes out first just s clear liquid and then a heavy liquidy mousse. I suspect the item is old. I’m sorry for this.

    Fantastic Volumizer

    While it may be expensive to buy, it's a huge can that will last for a very long time. You only need a very small amount. It doesn't leave any sticky residue in your hair - very light, but such volume. My hairdresser in NYC turned me on to it. Fantastic volumizer!!
