Watch arrived with no tags, no wrapping, no plastic around the band or face. Watch appears used - possibly a return they received that they sold as new. Seller has not responded to my messages. Thankfully I videoed the opening of this when I received it which supports my claim. Once received I found the "New without tags" Watch was actually a used watch. There are three of the permanent links that have a wear mark on both sides. I contacted the seller and the CS Team advised a Manager would be calling me. That was over a week ago. I have emailed 3 times requesting a follow up or even how I am to return the item.
