The item was returned after finding that the hard drive inside was 80GB - NOT 8TB as listed - and the controller PCB was either faulty or incompatible with standard hard drives. The box was glued together by whoever swapped the hard drive making it impossible to disassemble without damage. None of this was likely the fault of the seller - they may have been scammed by a previous buyer who swapped the drive, claimed it was faulty, and returned it.

    D Link does it again!

    This is a great wifi adapter especially if you don't care to open up your computer and install cards. Just plug it into a USB 3 port and you're all set! Easy to install driver. And, I personally love the design! You just can't go wrong with this.

    D-Link DWA-192 has fast internet speeds.

    The DWA-192 has fast internet speeds when compared to other usb adapters I have used. It does have the same problem that I have experienced with others. Occasionally, my system will drop the wireless adapter and then it is necessary to remove the usb cable and re-insert and reconnect to establish internet.

    Once setup works great

    I had to run setup in 'SAFE MODE', then I had to change my routers channel (for best wifi connection). My wifi connection went from 30% to better then 90% (6mbps to 60mbps).
