I ordered two 4 oz portions of Java moss because the listing stated buy 2 get one free. Not only did I not receive the free plant, I also only received one of the two plants I paid for. The only moss i did get was a very very tiny amount loose in the cup. I messaged the seller all week asking for help, and they ignored me. I will not ever order from these scammers again.

It took almost 2 weeks to receive delivery from Texas to Florida. Seller created the shipping label on Mon, didn't ship until Wed. Once my package arrived, it wasn't packaged well. Just a container loose to knock around in the box. The plant was just mush only a few leaves resembling a plant. I contacted, no response. After 2 days I opened a case with ebay and did received a refund but still no messages from the seller. I'm happy to receive a refund however not happy with the experience
