I like to keep these jacks in the boot i.c.e., although i am not certain about the 3k lb rating. My truck weighs 7,700 lbs....in the back on just one corner it struggles very hard, i bent my last jack, up front is ok. so my rear end is heavy, but 6k heavy? 3k per side? 1700 for the whole front? no
