    Gluten Free cookbook

    This book has a lot of good ideas. Most of the recipes I was interested in called for this "gluten free flour blend". So, I bought all of the ingredients to make this blend. After baking a few items, figured I could do just as well using my old recipes and using the Gluten free Measure-for-Measure flour. I needed the recipes for a child who also cannot have dairy and eggs. I'm not sure any gluten free bread recipe is going to turn out if you can't use real eggs.
