However, on this occasion they sent the wrong item twice eventually sending the right item the third time. During this process of trying to resolve the problem communication and customer service was swift and professional from grade mobile with efforts made to resolve the matter quickly However, it was rather inconvenient that the wrong item was sent more than once.
