I received a faulty item initially, which was later replaced with a partially functioning one where the solar feature doesn't work completely. This is the second machine I've had with solar issues. Despite being told it might be due to the panels, they are brand new. I have not encountered any problems with this product before and hope that the issue will be resolved promptly. We have 4 240w panels this is all we are getting on a sunny day.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.

So far very happy. We stepped up from the Delta Max series. Averaging 230 watts an hour we get about 26 to 30 hours of power and charging off AC alone
