The keyboard arrived but did not work (even after replacing the batteries). It appeared it may have been used previously because the protective battery pull-tab was missing and the on/off switch was in the on position. I notified the seller and a replacement keyboard was sent, which is working perfectly so far. Of note is that this keyboard has no on/off light or other indication of when it is on or off (other than the on/off switch), which can make troubleshooting more difficult.

Item not exactly as described. I'm evidently one of the folks who got a receiver dongle that wasn't in the description. No complaints at all, will save it as a backup. This keyboard looks absolutely unused, despite the box being rather abused. It was very well-taped and secure in the (anti-static?) shipping wrap. I love this KB model.
Got a little dusty from the cardboard, so the only suggestion I could make is bagging the item before boxing it. Thanks for a great item at a great price!
