      No it wasn’t as described, This is not all leather the part with the jewels is a fabric top. It also is extremely narrow with no allowance. Getting a hold of the seller was horrible and it took a while to arrive. It is sitting here in the box I can’t use and seller will not accept it as a return. I wanted this for my daughter to wear to a wedding and now have to purchase something elsewhere. Saddening!!!
