The item pictured in the E-bay add is not what I received. The add pictured a young lady in pink and gray exercise clothes on a regular sized treadmill with handles, a control panel with two cup holders. What I received was a small treadmill with no handles, no control panel. I'm extremely disappointed with this company (Apluschoice).

I had repeatedly contacted seller about missing safety key that I never received. Repeatedly messaged seller,seller gave me runaround. Never received key, was able to get it to work, motor quit. Complete waste of money, no manufacturer info to bypass seller either. Hot garbage.

Customer service is excellent, my item was delivered to the wrong house, I was expecting a scam when I got a notification that the item had been delivered but wasn't here. I contacted customer service and they didn't just blow me off, they responded very quickly. The USPS worker delivered the package to the wrong house.
