Never rec'd my earrings, contacted seller many times and they contacted me back each time. The earrings were mailed out but they were still in the State where they shipped from. Guessing they were lost in the mail. Seller refunded my money with no issues, I checked again today and they still hadn't left State where purchased from. They were mailed out on the 19th and today is the 26th. This seller is excellent to work with. I will give them 5 stars!
