    They are ok, but did not perform to keep my feet warm

    Its a nice insole but it definitely did not keep my feet warm while doing my Meals on Wheels deliveries during a recent very cold morning in mid Michigan. They are comfortable, but thats about all I can say. The only thing that REALLY helps is the air reactive insoles that stick to the bottom of your socks.
