Item delivered quickly. Works well but the keyboard was “on” when it arrived and the battery was dead. The battery used in this keyboard is not rechargeable. When contacting the seller we were told that we should not expect the battery to work on an open box item. I felt that if the battery was probably not going to work, that should have been included in the description. I had to buy a battery for the keyboard but it does work and overall I am happy with the purchase.

Item not exactly as described. I'm evidently one of the folks who got a receiver dongle that wasn't in the description. No complaints at all, will save it as a backup. This keyboard looks absolutely unused, despite the box being rather abused. It was very well-taped and secure in the (anti-static?) shipping wrap. I love this KB model.
Got a little dusty from the cardboard, so the only suggestion I could make is bagging the item before boxing it. Thanks for a great item at a great price!
