    Great Buy

    Purchased this phone for my mom who is clueless about technology. Phone is pretty user friendly and easy to manipulate without a user manual. This phones does not require a data package and is great for talk and texting. I would recommend this phone compared to what they are selling in AT&T stores.

    Still Learning

    I wanted a phone where I could easily text. The phone arrived with no instructions and I finally accessed instructions through AT&T. I was informed this phone is more complex than a smart phone which I was afraid I wouldn't be able to use. I am still learning and I do like the key board. It just takes me a long time to find what I want. It also seems to cut off my voicemail. I will master it yet! Never quit!

    good phone, good battery life

    i got this phone as a replacement for my assistants phone and as far as i know it is working just great, except when i try to download the messages or phone numbers, then it gives me trouble, as i have to do it several times before the phone responds, but other than that i have no idea what is a "small form factor".
