  • Good book!

I HAD to buy this book for an upper division stats class. I liked the way it wasn't too "wordy". I HATE to read a lot of fluff authors feel like adding in just to make a book thicker. Also, it seems to cover EVERYTHING! What I didn't like about it was that specific things were difficult for me to find, i.e. not in the index, etc. Also, the book is HUGE! But then again, it has to be huge to cover 2 intense semesters. They should have a half semester option for people who want have the size to deal with on a regular basis.

  • For Stats Class

Easy to follow. Nice tables to reference values.

  • Average Rating

Each chapter of the book is very dense and the way it is organized is very difficult. Chapters do not start with outlines, so it can be very time-consuming to find certain information within a chapter. However, it is comprehensive and an amazing resource once you figure out where information is located.

  • The best book for all kind of statistics.

I bought this book for a agricultural college course. It is an excellent text book for all kind of statistics. The illustrations are very easy to understand and to follow the examples. I recommend it 100%.

  • Excellent text.

I bought this text a month ago and was immediately impressed with its feature (absolutely new). My only complaint is that the product came so late because it comes from the UK. Overall, I'd recommend this text.
