    I installed this memory on my 2010 Mac and it would not turn on on examining the memory. I looked at the numbers PC 310600R and then I looked at one of the sticks that had been removed and noted the number PC 30600E. And I looked this up online and it said apparently these two are not compatible so I was wondering if I could exchange these and also I noted that it says the maximum memory and like some of what I’ve seen online is only 32 GB so I would like to return these Or exchange them
