Router was DOA on arrival, but it may have happened in transit. Seller communicated well and seemed genuinely concerned. Sufficient usable parts to fix my other router with spares. Wasn’t the original plan, but I have a working router now, so no problem. Well packaged, but USPS managed to damage it anyway. I recommend seller.
