Great ECOFLOW extra battery for my Delta 2 unit. Came delivered at 30% charged along with Instruction Booklet and charging cable. Delta 2 output 770 watts and this battery receiving 550 watts using standard 120 v 60 cycle wall outlet. Usually takes 2 hours at this 'reduced' charging rate. Get the ECOFLOW app and boost charging much higher rate if desired. Seller is great dealing with--ships FAST via Fed EX. I'll buy more!

Item arrived quickly and I was able to charge it using my Delta 2. It had a noticeable ding in the side of the casing of the unit, as if something sharp had gouged it, and a few other scratches, but otherwise appeared in good condition. I docked one star because on charging it the first time, a loud pop occurred that seems to have fried the inverter on my Delta 2 which was fine before adding the extra battery. Working with EcoFlow to fix, but not sure if this product caused that.

My refurbished Delta 2 2nd battery came with a maximum capacity of 99% (after I charged it) something that I accept given the discounted price. I have not been able to put it through the paces yet with respect to discharging/recharging but I guess that's what the warranty is for and only time will tell. It linked up perfectly with my Delta 2 and updated it's software without a hitch. So far so good.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
