So far so good - it charged without an issue and I charged my cell phone without issue. You could tell it was not new, definitely was not in bad condition, but there were scuffs and some residue from a sticker (probably QA) on the unit. No complaints due to the price and it'll be covered anyways, but it would have been nice to see it cleaned up just a bit more.

Bought refurbished for $200 less. Looks like new. Fast delivery. Crazy fast AC charging. Fans will come on but I don't think the fans are too loud. It powers all my power tools on site. No need for a generator anymore. Haven't tested the solar charging yet. Incredible value if it lasts, we will see about that.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
