Everything works as it should. There was some damage to the outside of the box so I wasn't surprised to fined one of the rollers that holds the roll of vinyl to be bent. I was able to fix it so it will work. The CD case was shattered but the CD inside was not damaged. I'm guessing the damage was done in shipping so the seller had no control of how it was received on my end. All and all, I'm happy with my Vevor vinyl cutter.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
