No problems with the item itself, which was as described, but I was rather let down by the tracking. First I was told it would arrive by 7 p.m. on 26th April, so I changed my plans for the afternoon, but it didn't in fact arrive until the evening of 1st May. Also with this courier, unlike others, I wasn't allowed to divert the parcel or leave alternative delivery instructions, so had to be ready to answer the door at any point during a 3 hour slot.

Informed the seller and because they were not there manufacturer they wanted the packaging which had gone in the recycling and a photograph of the tube. Couldn't see what this would achieve. And the seller didn't reply to my last message. Very bad customer service.
