    I didn't accept this shipment, as UPS was demanding a payment at my door of "fees", including customs fees and delivery fees. I refused the package three times, at which time the seller said it would be returned to him by UPS. I just got a bill from UPS for the same. What's going on? The "fees" were a bit more than the item, and my payment to the seller included shipping costs.
