I contacted the seller and they told me they only make a red scooter. The one that was defective and sent to me was black. You shipped the wrong item and even used a name on the shipping box of PABLO GARCIA, who I have never known. You are charging me $186.00 in shipping to return the wrong item, which you changed on the return slip as "Ordered Wrong Item".You shipped wrong item, I didn't order wrong item I do not feel that I should have to pay $186.00 for not receiving the advertised product.
