Not exactly direct replacement for an 04 Explorer Sport Trac. The upper radiator hose connection was facing the wrong way and the triangle bolt pattern to the thermostat cover can't be rotated. I had to use the old cover, thankfully that wasn't the problem with the old part. After that it functioned properly.
