Really fast shipping and good customer service. The EchoFlow Delta 2 won’t charge from solar inverters!!! Will only charge directly from solar panels. My EchoFlow pro does charge off my solar inverter. I hope they upgrade the firmware and put this into out .

The unit itself seems good...I have not used it yet but it seems well built and has a lot of features! I gotta say FedEx is the WORST delivery service EVER. I had to pick up the unit in the next town because they couldn't hold it for me in my town for some stupid reason!?! So all in all 5 stars for EcoFlo and ZERO stars for FedEx ...the absolute worst service ever to try to deliver to me every....single ...time.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
