    Seller listed description of product as new. New Marvel Legends figures come sealed in packaging with all of their accessories. Product came loose without packaging and included accessories. When I contacted the seller he stated that you only get what is shown in the photo and that “I magically thought I was going to get more than what was pictured”. He also stated that just because the figure arrived loose does not mean it is not new as he claims he never played with or displayed it.
