While item was new with tags, the material had aged. I assume the beginning compression cracks were incurred during shipping. I don’t really fault the seller for this fact. I do fault the seller for failing to respond to my requests for a refund. No response what so ever. I opened a complaint case with eBay and they decided in my favor and returned my money.
