I am delighted. The refurbished unit arrived quickly and appears to be in perfect condition. I plan to use it as a replacement for a small gas generator to keep the food in my refrigerator safe during the fire season. I live in California where P.G.&E. frequently uses "safety shutoffs" as a mitigation procedure. Once shut off, the power may take a while to come back on and the ability to recharge the cold inside the refrigerator prevents the loss of the food. Perfect size for this.

This version doesn't come with Bluetooth but does allow you to control the system easily over WiFi (and without putting it on your own WiFi network). Also it doesn't include a cable for connecting to solar panels but those cables are easy to buy aftermarket. The two year warrantee starts as of the date of purchase but is automatic; no registration is needed.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
