This is my 2nd time buying these panels. Super happy with them. On a good sunny day, I can get 300+ watts from them. They are BIG (think 4x8 sheet of plywood), but they work great. Panels look brand new. Shipping was fast. Box was a little beat up, but no issues with the panels. This time they also included a short battery pigtail which was nice. My original panel purchase didn't include this. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
