This solar panel came quickly, the packaging had no damage. These panels put out very well. This panel is the 4th 400 watt panel I now have. I'm doing 2 800 watt solar arrays 2 panels for each of 2 delta pro's. I have no complaints about Ecoflow products They work very well along with a GenerLink ATS (automatic transfer switch). Looking forward to purchasing 2 extra batteries in the near future.

The certified refurbished 400w solar panels arrived in great condition. Upon inspection they look like new, No visible scratches or damage. Have not hooked them up yet due to rain. Connected 4 panels in series. Summertime in Florida, sunshine is strong. Saw 854W max with four panels. I connected one by to see if maybe a panel was weak. Average 215W. Tried at 0, 25, 45 degrees. 235W using a soup to assure optimal direction, never saw 400W. Panels are easy for me to handle but too large for my wife. Go smaller. I have 12.2kW Ecoflow Pro Ultra as battery backup and Generator for Hurricane season. Tried on low and high Voltage ports. Disappointed thinking about returning.

Item was described well. Communication was fairly prompt but even though they offered combined shipping at check out, it wasn't applied. Both items did ship after a few days sitting at the sellers together in separate packages and arrived together in separate packages. Not sure why it took a long time to finally arrive but my items hit at least 10 different ship centers. That isn't on seller but FedEx.
