The panel arrived well packed and included an XT60i connector. I've used it a few times this spring in temperatures from 40 to 70 degrees and it works very well. I'm currently using it to charge my Ecoflow River Max and it's delivering 189 watts, or about 86% of it's lab rated power, which is excellent and expected. I've actually seen it go as high as 210 watts for brief periods! Its sturdy and well built.
I'm taking off a star because the case/kickstand system to hold it up is utter JUNK.

Received quickly. Undamaged in factory packaging. Works as advertised with the EcoFlow Delta Max. Material that connects the panels is quite stiff when cold outside (35-40 deg F) and needs to soften up in the sun a bit before they fully flatten out.

I have not checked it out yet. No worries, EcoFlow offers a 2 year warranty and they are very good at honoring their products.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
