Seller has a “make offer” button activated. I make offer & I don’t hear anything for 2 days. I reach out again & seller says the price is fair & is not accepting offers. ?
I purchased @ listed price on Nov 17, it was not sent out for 3 days. I rec’d it on Nov 24th.
I opened the package ( box was sealed) & it was 2/3 full. The dropper is yellow, chunky & smells.
I contact the seller immediately w/pics & I hear nothing, 3 Days 2 message’s, its unusable
