Chassis arrived in excellent condition. Our couriers are good people, but occasionally drop things. There was evidence on the box that this occurred, but due to the amount of packaging material, the chassis was unscathed. Awesome job!

I purchased this chassis with much enthusiasm after reading many of the reviews. Unfortunately, the chassis came defective. It seems that the PSUs severed a wire at some point before it came into my possession. Furthermore, the rails that were sent are generic rails that do not work with this chassis at all. I did notice a few other reviews mention this, and it seems they continue to mislead customers with incompatible rails- Initial shipping + return shipping is a major expense and loss.

We have been in communication with this customer, and have offered to provide the customer a return shipping label for a Full Refund. The Customer unfortunately threw away the packaging box, and is unable to return the server. Due to his unability to return the server he is upset and is leaving negative feedback.
