Terrible experience. I asked for the ring size 7 1/2 and was assured "noted" that they would make it 7 1/2. It arrive barely a 7. I wrote that is wasn't a 7 1/2 and they wrote back that it was. So, I showed a picture of ring on ring sizer. I asked to have a new one made and they said yes but it would take awhile and I asked how long...crickets. No response for days now. I reported it but only got a return shipping label which I doubt I will get a refund for. I am very disappointed.
