    Packaging inside the box didn’t match the photos and the original box inside the shipping box was hanging on by a thread. Nevertheless despite the grease spots under the catcher area and after a good cleaning the cooktop was in great condition for a used grill and got up to temperature pretty well.     Saddle arrived in poor condition, despite asking about flaws beforehand. It has a musty smell, rust, cut leathers, cut billet keeper, frayed latigo&off billet, missing a hobble, etc. Poor packaging as well, no padding was used. Seller claims item was returned damaged, however it was only briefly inspected and immediately repackaged. Possible lack of pre-sale inspection or product knowledge on sellers part. Even a non- horse person should know a saddle in this condition is not worth $700.

    Customer return was promptly approved. The saddle did arrive with bubble-wrap cover missing from around the saddle horn, and it was broken in transit on the return. Buyer still received a full refund.
