    Excellent product!

    I ordered this friend never haven't used it before but I thought for the price what the heck. I'm glad I bought it. It is a good friend and it delivers what it says it does zinc is very important for our immune system especially now with the covid-19 virus. Pair this up with some vitamin C vitamin D3 and zinc and a good multiple. I also take echinacea complex which is a bit different than just plain echinacea as it has burdock root and a couple other ingredients in it that help reinforce the immune system. I feel that zinc is one of the most important ones to take with vitamin D3. And I take at least 5,000 mg of D3 a day.

    Cheap Insurance

    They sell OTC medications to "shorten the duration and severity of a cold" and the main active ingredient is zinc . I take these 50mg caplets as a daily supplement and it seems that I don't get a cold as often . I've been using Natures Bounty products for years and they are a trusted maker of high quality vitamins and supplements .

GETS THE JOB DONE....I WAS EXPERIENCING ANKLE PAIN.....I HAD A ZINC DEFICIENCY...I FOUND OUT ABOUT ZINC DEFICIENCY, READING AN ARTICLE ABOUT "THE THINGS YOUR DOCTOR MAY NOT TELL YOU"...…. RELIEF WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATE.....NEXT DAY.... I AM ALL BETTER. I AM NOT ON ANY MEDS AND I GO NATURAL FIRST....ZINC DID IT FOR ME....A DAILY VITAMIN.... DOES NOT GIVE THE ZINC I NEEDED.
