    Kirkland Signature Vitamin E 400 IU

    I started taking Vitamin E when I began going into menopause. It helped greatly with my hot flash symptoms. A friend had recommended it saying that it "helps to keep things from growing inside of you." I started taking it, and then about a week or two later, I discovered that my hot flashes were greatly reduced. Of course, if you are really overweight and drink a lot of coffee, that is not going to help you reduce your symptoms, speaking from my own experience.

    Lesson learned: Never order soft gels in AZ during the spring and simmer months.

    Sorry I cannot rate this product as it arrived in one big jelly ball due to the exposure to the high heat during transit.. My fault should have ordered this product in tablet form this time of year. I have used this product before with good results and will reorder again when the weather cools in the fall as I like the soft gels.

    Heart pills really good lifesaver

    Bought it from my mother she's almost 70 years she was feeling before pounding heart after taking this pills she feels much better she loved it I never tried but I'm going to try it for myself too in near future money was a little expensive but it's still much cheaper compared to pharmacy
