    Giving neutral feedback as the laptop was mostly as described.The touch id does not work.Reached out to seller.They said that the touch id was working when they were using it, then in the next sentence said that because the screen was broken the id may not work.Wasn't in description, and wasn't tested beforehand.The kicker is instead of working with me for a solution, I got a "good luck with it". I could have returned the laptop, and forced seller to pay shipping. Or left negative feedback. C+
