Thus far the unit has been fine. Did not receive all the connections listed in the "what is in the box". Not going to quibble over it at this price point for a refurbished. Very heavy though, but knew that. Power needed, extra weight is required. Will be pairing it to the dual fuel generator eventually. Assuming it performs well for a season.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
